About
My name is Jazeen Hollings and I have over 7 years of bringing stories to life on the web, broadcast and social media. I’m passionate, detail-orientated, and care deeply about your vision.
Outside of my video editing and filmmaking services, I’m an award-winning writer, songwriter and poet.
I graduated from OCADUniversity in Graphic Design in 2015. I graduated with honours from University of British Columbia with an M.F.A in Creative Writing in 2024. I won the Cherie Smith Prize in Creative Writing and was a quarterfinalist of the Screencraft Short Screenplay Competition. I’ve guest lectured at the University of McGill on sustainability in filmmaking and at the University of British Columbia on stand up comedy.
I adore a spicy tarot spread, bad dancing, and even worse movies. I live and work within the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
