Through a combination of lessons, reflective writing prompts and exercises, learn how to utilize the strengths of your inner-critic, how to replace blame with self-compassion and how to create with more ease, flow, and alignment.

As a creative, you work differently. Avoid burn-out, ride the waves of flow, and learn tools and methods to really rest, reset the mind, body and soul. This will prep you for your next big project. Making art isn’t selfish. Neither is taking care of yourself while you do.

Rest and self-care looks different for everybody! With lessons, reflective writing prompts, movement suggestions, mindfulness practices and even rituals, learn how to listen to what your body, mind and soul need in order to rest.

Learn how to:

  • Learn the tell tale signs of burnout, how to honour your own creative pace and how to reset.

  • Outside of bubble baths and Chamomile, what does your body, mind and soul need to really rest? No. Scrolling social media isn't actually rest babe.

  • Figure out where you're at and accept it! Listen and honour the speed of your creative process, know when to listen to yourself to understand when to pump the breaks or put that pedal to the floor.
